We had a pleasant stay with good hospitality, welcoming reception staff and helpful FnB staff. the location of the hotel was enjoyable with certain facilities in good working order. the buffet breakfast was great, and some amenities in the rooms were an added advantage.
Service was tardy at times, which can be improved for a faster response.

Our Xmas stay was an amazing experience. the room was spacious and clean, with a beautiful view. the breakfast was delicious, with a variety of dishes to choose from. the hotel's location was perfect, making it easy for us to go out and explore the city.
The staff could have been more attentive and responsive to our needs. We had issues with some amenities in the room that were not working and the staff did not seem to care.

The breakfast spread was decent and the staff at the reception were courteous and welcoming. the key location of the hotel was convenient, and the view from the room was nice.
